There are quite a few things that I want to work on in the near future; most of them
are related to my quantum dot project.
In order of their relevance to my current focus, these future projects are:
- Quantum dots made out of 2DHG (hole gas instead of electron gas).
- Vertical double dots, with independent top gates.
- Vertically coupled quantum dots.
- Quantum dot measurement using single electron transistors.
- Large excitation to the quantum dot, measurement of the energy level transition.
- Charge distribution in a lateral dot, studied through
our SCA microscope.
- Deposition of titanium oxide.
- Carbon nanotubes...:p
