Here's the stuff I used to generate the calibration.

Calibration Fit

After measuring the periodicity in pixels on a number of these images, and estimating errors on these measurements, I fit a simple scale factor using gnuplot. Fit and residuals are shown below. Clicking on an image will give a postscript file of that plot.
