This page has the calibration data for the camera on our leitz microscope,
and the data and images I used to generate it for those people that don't
trust me.

Here's the stuff I used to generate the calibration.
Calibration Fit
After measuring the periodicity in pixels on a number of these images, and estimating
errors on these measurements, I fit a simple scale factor using gnuplot. Fit
and residuals are shown below. Clicking on an image will give a postscript file
of that plot.
It may also be useful to look at the calibration images.
