Kalman init 4

Used for finding the initial balance (and some parameters) for pulsing. Typically run with the -x argument pointing to a local "sweep_in.xml". The sweep_in.xml must have good values to t_offset, t0, etc.

To check if kalman_init_4 worked properly, you should look at the final.m and final.p files to make sure the balances look good.
